Walsroder FXA is a CaseTech innovation that is predestined for efficient production of smoke-treated cooked sausage such as liver sausage of the traditional variety.
Walsroder FXA is the time-proven fibrous casing with a technical refinement: the smoke permeates the sausage emulsion through a defined barrier layer, resulting in an appealing smoke flavour with minimized weight loss.
Applications:
Walsroder FXA is therefore the professional alternative to textile casings where practical and contemporary production of liver sausage is concerned. The finished sausages remain tightly stuffed and smooth for a longer duration. Angle-cut retail portions can be cut cleanly and packed with an appetizing appearance.
Walsroder FXA also provides definite benefits with regard to the production process, too: the low wall thickness of the casing enables shirred sticks to have longer run lengths. In addition, the casing's reliable machinability guarantees high cycle rates with considerably reduced casing brake wear and less strain on the stuffing equipment.
Smaller clips can be used with Walsroder FXA, and the cutting performance is better than with textile casings with a sewn seam.
Walsroder FXA imitates the traditional linen texture and is available in three colours: classico (light brownish yellow), antico (medium brownish yellow) and rustika (yellow-brownish orange).
