Types of cooked sausage include: all varieties of liver sausage, rotwurst, brawn/headcheese and a large number of jellied products.
For the production of cooked sausages (kochwurst
), we recommend using Walsroder F plus or FVP casings, or the Walsroder plastic casings K plus or K flex:
